Tried and True by Lynn Wade

"Tried & True" (16 x 20" oil on canvas) was selected as part of the FAV15% (jury's
favorite 15% of the entries) in the September 2009 FineArtViews Painting competition.
It was previously an Honorable Mention winner in the 2004 Artist's Magazine competition
for which there were nearly 14,000 entries.

was a Finalist Winner in the Artist's Magazine 2000 Art
Competition for which there were over 13,000 entries.

 The Chronicle of the Horse cover with Lynn Wade's art

"See You In September", a 17 x 20" al drawing by Lynn Wade,
was featured on the cover of the 50th Anniversary Hunt Roster issue of
The Chronicle of the Horse in 1993. It was further honored by being
chosen as one of the favorite covers in the magazine's history ("50
Years of Chronicle Cover Art", (below) August 25, 1995).
